Inna Šteinbuka. “For 30 years, I have held high positions in Latvian public administration and international institutions, but I always actively participate in academic life as a teacher, researcher and author of several publications. I love not only economics, mathematics and statistics, but also classical music, opera and art. Quite I do a lot of sports, I especially like downhill skiing and golf. However, research and teaching at the University of Latvia are both my vocation and my hobby. My life motto: “Believe. Do. Achieve.” In order to motivate LU BVEF graduates to implement this motto as well, I decided to create a scholarship fund.
